 At the world-renowned Delphic terrace, a landmark of great cultural and historic interest and a place of unique natural beauty, are produced traditional products of exquisite quality.

In that spirit, four small scale local producers came together motivated by their love for the Delphic Land to create SYN-DELFYS; aiming a connection between culture and tourism with the local traditional products.

AGNOS SAPON ELAIO DELFON, one of the three ventures of S.E.L.R. of Fokis is a soap production and standardization lab using only certified organic olive oil from the Great Amphissa Olive Grove and other natural products, MELLIN based in Malandrino of Dorida, producing and standardizing organic honey, PYTHIO extra virgin olive oil producers with their standardization lab based in Sernikaki, Fokis, and RAKARIO OF SALONA, producing and standardizing traditional Tsipouro spirits in the heart of Amphissa.
